Our client, a national nonprofit organization, is seeking Event Set Up and Product Support for an event in Miami, Florida.

About The Job:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving, unpacking, and organizing materials
• Help prepare event spaces and registration areas, including badge setup and final event preparations
• Lift and move boxes up to 15 pounds as needed
• Provide general onsite support throughout the event and assist with logistical tasks
• Support event staff with setup, organization, and closeout activities

About You:

• Previous event support, hospitality, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform physically active work throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional appearance; jeans and sneakers permitted (no ripped jeans)
• Must have reliable transportation to the event site

About The Position:

• Friday, August 14th
• $19-$20/hr
• Parking expenses will be reimbursed
• 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
