Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Consultant

DescriptionKforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Consultant that has experience delivering Salesforce Discovery and Implementations.Summary:The candidate will facilitate workshops, stakeholder management, problem solving, document business process flows, and document user stories and solutions.Requirements* Service Cloud Certified* 3+ years of Salesforce experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Administrator, or similar role* Hands-on experience configuring salesforce* Hands-on experience with no-code automation* Data and integration and familiarity with AI and modern tools* Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud implementations* Strong understanding of standard Salesforce functionality and configuration* Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories in Agile environments* Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules* Experience configuring queues, assignment rules, and Omni-Channel routing* Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills* Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams* Experience supporting offshore and onshore project delivery teamsPreferred Qualifications:* Salesforce Administrator Certification* Salesforce Business Analyst Certification* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification* Experience supporting Salesforce migrations or org consolidation projects* Experience with contact center or customer service operations* Familiarity with AWS Connect, CTI, or customer support integrations* Experience supporting UAT, training, and change management activitiesJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $60
