Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect

DescriptionKforce's client in Armonk, NY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect that has experience leading complex Salesforce programs including Discovery and Implementations.Requirements* Service Cloud Certified* 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years serving as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect* Experience in multi-cloud design, integrations and data migrations* Understanding of governance and limits, devops & deployment, experience integrating salesforce with Telephony systems (CTI); Amazon Connect is a plus* Experience leading large offshore development teams* Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation* Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs* Proven experience consolidating and merging Salesforce orgs* Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, automation, integrations, and platform capabilities* Experience with AWS-based contact center and CTI integration architectures* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Omnichannel routing and workforce optimization concepts* Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories within Agile environments* Experience managing and coordinating offshore and onshore delivery teams* Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills* Able to lead and facilitate workshops* Problem solver and strategistPreferred:* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification* Salesforce Application Architect Certification* Salesforce System Architect Certification* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred* Experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce integration* Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement, Voice, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge* Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware technologies* Experience with enterprise data migration and governance initiativesJob TypeContractCompensation75 - $80
