Successful, nationally recognized Personal Injury Law firm in San Antonio is seeking a 

Legal Receptionist. 

Guerra LLP is a high-volume office that handles cases nationwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 

answering, screening, and directing incoming calls using a multi-phone line system in a professional manner. 

Greeting visitors, communicating with attorneys, clients and court personnel. Process incoming mail, 

processing/Indexing of incoming legal documents, provide support to litigation attorneys and performing 

a variety of administrative duties to include calendaring conference rooms for meetings, ordering supplies, 

and general office support.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle a multi-phone line system

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

• Litigation experience is a plus

• 3 + Legal Reception desk experience a plus

• Ability to prioritize and multitask 

• Must be responsible, highly detail-oriented, organized, and professional

• Must have a strong work ethic and a team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• File, Index, Organize, Scan, Copy and Fax Legal Documents

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MacBook Pro

• Office Organization
