Position Summary National Sales Manager – HYMAX (Krausz) – Chattanooga, TN. Lead sales growth across the U.S., oversee the HYMAX sales team, and collaborate with Infrastructure Sales leadership to align go‑to‑market strategies for the repair clamp market. Responsibilities Lead and manage the HYMAX sales team, identifying opportunities, providing technical services, and coordinating field training activities and sales seminars. Define and execute the annual sales plan, including targets, territories, channel mix, pricing guardrails, and promotions, aligned with corporate strategy and budget. Own national pipeline health: coverage, stage velocity, win rates, and forecast accuracy. Engage with external Manufacturer Reps and Distribution partners to close coverage gaps and performance issues. Identify and analyze potential markets and new products, deploying strategies to optimize growth. Oversee acquisition, retention, and cross‑sell/upsell strategies for national/key accounts. Escalate and resolve complex commercial issues (terms, contracts, credits) in partnership with Finance/Legal. Manage customer councils and feedback loops to ensure open communication and value‑added insights. Collaborate with Infrastructure Sales Leaders to iterate strategy, achieve YoY revenue growth, and develop product‑line extensions and marketing plans. Assist the sales team with technical support, specification reviews, and training application strategies. Represent customer and end‑user voice in cross‑functional communications with operations, supply chain, product management, and engineering. Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of sales management, marketing, or commercialization experience in water distribution, valves, municipal sales, or related environments. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to routinely travel 50%+ of the work schedule. High level of interpersonal skills and effective communication, including public speaking and presentation to large groups. Self‑starter with a “get it done” attitude. Primary work location will be Chattanooga, TN, with occasional travel. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field. Direct sales management experience in repair clamp, coupling, water, or wastewater industry. Knowledge of repair claims and mechanical aptitude.
