LEASING AGENT

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has more than 30,000 customers and 360 clients. PMI is seeking a full‑time Leasing Agent to join the team at Twin Lakes Apartments. The Leasing Agent showcases available units, guides prospective residents through the leasing process, and supports the overall success of the community. A Pennsylvania real estate license is preferred but not required; PMI will pay for training if needed. Rate: based on experience. Role and Responsibilities Show and lease apartments to interested parties. Run tenant applications. Assist with rent collection. Provide daily customer service with tenants – work order requests, communications, etc. Various data entry tasks. Requirements Prior experience in multi‑family housing is a plus but not required. PA real estate license is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
