DESCRIPTION:
Good communication skills needed for frequent interaction with various personnel Must maintain co-operative relationships with co-workers Provide direct interaction with team members involved in shipping. Assisting and guiding employees on issues related to the shipping department. Ensure deadlines are met, adhere to company policies and procedures, and responsible for employee training.
