Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations in a
manufacturing environment, ensuring materials and products are received, stored, picked, staged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role provides day-to-day leadership to warehouse employees while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, inventory accuracy, productivity, and on-time production support.

Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer or internal orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Supply materials to the manufacturing floor as needed.
• Assist in basic assembly or production tasks when required.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times including wearing all Personal Protective Equipment to include enclosed shoes, gloves, hearing protection as needed.

• 2-5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
