Firm Administrator/Bookkeeper

Based in Moscow, Idaho, the firm provides a wide range of accounting and financial services to businesses, individuals, non-profits, and governmental entities across northern Idaho and eastern Washington. This position will involve these primary responsibilities:

• Monthly financial statement production
• Full cycle accounting responsibilities
• Payroll processing, including quarterly and yearend payroll reports required by state and federal entities.
• Accounts payable.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Client contact.
• Generating invoices and handling the billing process

Qualified candidate will have an understanding of debits and credits with a minimum of one year of general accounting/bookkeeping experience. A college degree in accounting, finance, and/or related field is preferred.
