Guidewire Claims Tester
Location: Canada
Primary Skills
- Utilize Guidewire software to perform testing on insurance applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Analysis and Reporting
- Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations, also JIRA QE boards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Guidewire, Digital and Mainframe testing, with a focus on personal and commercial insurance applications Mainframe testing.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Guidewire claims validations.
- Proficiency in personal and commercial insurance applications
- Experience in Guidewire PC, BC and CM application
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based environments and testing.
- Certification in Guidewire, Digital and Mainframe testing or related areas.
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.
