• Committed to onsite service delivery and adaptable to changing student needs.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with families and school staff.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver 6 hours per week of homebound instructional and compensatory services to a 3rd grade student with significant life skills needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with IEP goals.
• Monitor and report student progress, adapting strategies to maximize learning.
• Communicate regularly with district staff and caregivers to coordinate support and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate and timely records for all service hours and student interactions.
• Comply with district guidelines and timelines for service documentation and reporting.
