Job Description Top Daily Responsibilities: Liaison with Vendor for early out collection Administrative and Technical support for telephony system Call Operations Workflows The position will support Senior Business Process Manager to support operational verticals with PFS: Position will provide subject matter expertise for PFS initiatives and operational priorities from a technical systems perspective as well as operational business workflow and analytics. Position will be focused on call support, non-member early out, statements, bad debt operations, including liaison with vendor, status reporting, executive summary reports and graphing and process workflows.
