Business Systems Analyst IV

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Business Systems Analyst IV with a leading global media and entertainment client. This role will support a critical licensing and business systems initiative, partnering with stakeholders across business and technology teams to enhance enterprise applications, streamline processes, and deliver strategic technology solutions.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• 8+ years of experience gathering, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with ownership of user stories and backlog requirements
• 10+ years of experience translating functional business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience supporting system implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
• Ability to perform business process analysis and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Licensing Management platforms or licensing-related business systems
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and the ability to read and interpret code

Location: Burbank, CA

Onsite Expectation: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week (flexible schedule)

Pay Range: $70-$80/hr
