Registered Nurse (RN), Per Diem Days, Float Pool Level II

Employment Type: Per Diem Level II Shady Grove Medical Center Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Registered Nurse, for our Float Pool Level II who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Registered Nurse, Float Pool Level II you will: Assessment, planning, intervention & evaluation of patient care at the bedside. Documentation(electronic) of patient care and outcomes. Delegation of tasks to non-licensed personnel. Serves as a preceptor or mentor for new staff, externs or students. Participates in unit quality initiatives. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning. Pursues professional development and growth Qualifications include: Graduation from of an accredited nursing program 1 year of experience in relevant clinical area Current Maryland State nursing license Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area RN Level II Float Pool rate of $60/hour with commitment of [2] 12-hour shifts/week (days). Under this Agreement, you will be considered a temporary/per diem worker. As such, you are NOT eligible for benefits. Employment Type: Per Diem Level II Hours per Week: 24 hrs/week Typical Daily Schedule: 6:45a-7:15p Shift Type: Days Weekend Requirements: Commitment is a minimum of 1 Sunday and 1 Saturday within a 4-week scheduling period.
