Job Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading, pure-play beverage company with over $25B in annual revenue and a $40B+ market capitalization. The company is undergoing a planned separation into two independent public companies (Beverage Co. and Global Coffee Co.), marking one of the most exciting and dynamic periods in the organization’s history. The Director, Investor Relations will join a critical function at the center of this transformation, helping shape how KDP and the future companies communicate strategy, performance, and investment cases to the public markets. This role will report to the VP of Investor Relations and transition to the future Beverage Co. post-separation.This highly visible position will work directly with C-suite executives and partner extensively with KDP’s Accounting, Commercial, Corporate Communications, FP&A, and Legal teams, while also serving as a trusted liaison with the Wall Street community. The successful candidate will play a critical role in messaging development and help direct the investor relations team’s priorities through the separation, operating with significant ownership, responsiveness, and judgment. The role is best suited for a high-impact leader who brings executive presence, exceptional verbal and written communication, strong analytical capabilities, and the capacity to independently manage multiple high-stakes workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the broader IR team to develop messaging that communicates KDP’s financial performance and articulates the Company’s strategy and investment case Partner with teams across the organization to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s business model and performance trendsServe as a key driver of the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of the earnings press release, presentation, conference call script, comprehensive Q&A, and additional materialsLead financial modeling, valuation analysis, competitive intelligence, and other bespoke and ongoing analysesPrepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, including the Company’s board of directors and executive leadership team, as well as external audiencesShape investment community engagement (meetings, conferences, roadshows), including event preparation and development of related materialsSupport the Company’s investor targeting program to identify prospective shareholders and diversify the ownership baseMonitor investor sentiment, competitors, and industry trends to inform the Company’s investment positioning Act as a key point of contact for buy-side investors and sell-side analysts Total Rewards:Salary Range: $155,500 - $225,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factorsBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibilityRequirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is preferred 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field preferred Strong knowledge and understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise mannerHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of intellectual curiosity, with the ability to dive deep, find solutions, and deliver resultsProficient in Microsoft Office, including in presentation building; fluency with financial databases and investor relations software preferredTravel up to 20%Company Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
