Senior Manager, NAM Digital Marketing

Own the North America digital investment strategy for Logitech.com and report to the Head of DTX / Head of DTC e-Commerce North America Lead regional demand generation execution and optimization for the DTC Demand Gen Model Own the regional paid media budget, allocate spend across channels, optimize marketing efficiency, and build quarterly and annual investment plans Define and own regional growth marketing strategy using global priorities and local market intelligence Develop short- and long-term marketing plans and set funnel KPIs for spend, traffic, ROAS, landing strategies, conversion rate, and revenue Design and lead channel marketing initiatives with global and regional teams Build partner relationships and leverage success stories to differentiate Logitech in the market Execute campaigns that drive high-intent traffic and dynamically phase and shift spend based on customer experience and ROAS Leverage digital growth analytics and insights with Online, Finance, and Global Marketing teams Oversee a multi-million-dollar budget with a strong ROI focus Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing marketing team directly and indirectly Drive Logitech ecommerce growth through digital funnel execution and high double-digit growth rates Develop campaigns that drive preference for Logitech portfolios within the partner ecosystem Partner with Online, finance, merchandising, CRM, analytics, product, brand, country teams, and agencies Requirements Many years of digital/performance marketing experience in ecommerce Experience owning a $10M+ paid media budget Google PPC, affiliates, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and Rakuten media experience Advanced analytics experience with AI, Excel, Tableau, Adobe, and Content Square Strong ability to build positive partner relationships Experience presenting at executive and operational levels Proven data-driven decision-making skills Well-developed business and financial management skills Proven record of growing online revenue Ability to travel approximately 15% for internal meetings, industry conferences, and onsite customer visits Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in digital marketing strategy, budget management, and performance optimization to drive e-commerce growth.
