Bilingual Agency Office assistant Position Details Position Type: Part-time (20 - 30 hours/week)
Compensation: $17 - $19 USD/Hour
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Role Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients professionally
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and support office operations
Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
Learn agency systems, products, and procedures
Assist licensed agents while preparing for your own career growth
