Fine dining Neobistro looking for Experienced Line Cook.
L'Accolade is seeking experienced an experienced line cook to work as a part of our team!
We are a neobistrot that provides high quality, thoughtfully sourced food and natural wines to the neighbourhood in a friendly and unassuming environment.Dinner at our restaurant is kept simple and a la carte.
We are open for Dinner Tuesday-Saturday, 5pm to 11pm.
Our menu highlights seasonal produce and takes inspiration from France, Italy and the Mediterranean.
Responsibilities include:-Memorize all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen including portion sizes and seasoning standards
-Ensure that all food prep areas, food storage areas and kitchen stations meet cleaning standards and adhere to restaurant closing procedures
-Work with the chef and kitchen team to do daily prep work and help deliver the highest quality of food and service possible
-Work with the chef and kitchen team to create new dishes, as our menu changes seasonally
-Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product as outlined by the chef We are running open interviews for the next 2 weeks. Stop by the restaurant with your resume, Tuesday-Saturday between 1pm-6pm. We look forward to hearing from you!
