WhiteCap Search is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven individual to join our team in Miami. The successful candidate will support our homebuilding Recruitment team, focusing on hiring initiatives nationwide for roles within the construction and procurement vertical.This position involves managing a high-volume requisition load and partnering directly with leaders across the organization. Responsibilities Support hiring initiatives nationwide, focusing on various roles within the organization. Manage a high-volume requisition load efficiently. Partner directly with leaders across the organization to fulfill recruitment needs. Utilize strong passive sourcing techniques, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter. Extend offers and manage compensation negotiations effectively. Maintain polished communication skills to interact with leadership teams. Requirements 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting experience preferred. Demonstrated success in passive sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience in extending offers and managing compensation negotiations. Polished communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership teams. Workday experience strongly preferred. Experience utilizing Microsoft Teams is a plus. Must be comfortable working 3 days onsite in Miami.
