We are growing and looking for a Graduate Recruiter to help us supply brilliant candidates — at volume — into some of develop’s key accounts The opportunity As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll sit at the heart of our delivery engine, working alongside our Sales Consultants to fill roles quickly and accurately. You’ll focus on candidate attraction, market mapping, and information gathering, enabling our Sales Consultants to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process with clients and candidates. This is an ideal role if you love the candidate side of recruitment, enjoy working at pace, and want a clear path into 360 or senior delivery as we continue to grow. What you’ll be doing Candidate attraction and outreach Deliver targeted outreach campaigns to attract high‑quality candidates for live and upcoming roles. Proactively search for and engage candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in your market, understanding their skills, motivations, and availability. Shortlisting and partnership with Sales Consultants Create accurate, high‑quality shortlists for key roles, ensuring all candidate information is recorded in our database. Present and recommend suitable candidates to the Sales Consultant responsible for each role. Re‑qualify and refine candidate information where further detail is needed, ensuring Sales Consultants have everything required to manage the full process. Process support and admini stration Produce professional, develop‑branded CVs for candidates being submitted to clients. Support with candidate‑side administration up to and including CV submission. Upload and manage candidate details within client portals/ATS systems where required. Collaborate with Sales Consultants as they manage the end‑to‑end journey with candidates and clients, stepping in with additional delivery support where needed. Market intelligence and lead generation Capture market insights, active candidates, and potential leads from your conversations and research, updating our database to support future business development. Focus on building talent pools, mapping the market, and enriching data to enable faster, higher‑quality delivery What we’re looking for Experience in a fast‑paced recruitment, resourcing, or delivery environment (or clear evidence you can operate at that pace). Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with confidence using platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to position opportunities and candidates clearly. High attention to detail when working with candidate data and documentation. A proactive, flexible mindset, with a willingness to support a variety of roles and changing priorities.
