Haute Living parent company looking for a recruiter that can help the following verticals: agents for Haute Real Estate agents for Haute Jets agents for Haute Insurance About the Role The recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our various business verticals. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential candidates for Haute Real Estate, Haute Jets, and Haute Insurance. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Skills Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in real estate, aviation, or insurance industries. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience.
