Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to join a growing organization in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building strong candidate pipelines, and managing the full recruiting lifecycle in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on corporate or in‑house recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast‑paced organization. What You’ll Do Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels. Conduct candidate screening and interviews while providing a strong candidate experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems. Provide recruiting insights and recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders. Support recruiting initiatives, presentations, and other talent acquisition projects as needed. Continuously improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting in a corporate, in-house, or structured RPO environment . Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruiting. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Miami, FL . Nice to Have Experience with established or large corporate organizations. RPO or embedded recruiting experience. Experience creating or delivering presentations and working with PowerPoint. Spanish-language skills are a plus, but not required . Why Join?
