Staffing Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Miami, FL | Full-Time | Onsite

Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses + Commission Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our fast-paced recruiting team in Miami.

This role focuses on recruiting temporary, daily labor, and temp-to-perm employees for clients across the warehouse, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and light industrial industries throughout South Florida.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, source, and screen candidates for temporary and temp-to-perm positions
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Post and manage job openings on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, drug screens, and background checks
• Complete new hire onboarding and employment documentation
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Follow up with employees and clients after placement
• Attend job fairs and community recruiting events as needed
• Assist with daily recruiting operations and administrative tasks

 

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, construction, logistics, or light industrial positions preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Microsoft Office

 

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fully onsite in our Miami corporate office
• Occasional weekends or holidays based on business needs
