Are you a high-performing agency recruiter who owns the entire recruiting lifecycle—from winning new clients to placing top talent? Are you looking for more autonomy and/or growth opportunities? If so, let's chat!
Our client is growing & looking for experienced recruiters in the Miami market.
What they're looking for:
• At least 2 years of agency recruiting experience in a true full-desk role (business development + recruiting)
• Direct Hire experience focused on the SMB market
• A proven track record of generating $300K+ in annual billings (verification required)

This is primarily a REMOTE opportunity with an office in Miami, offering the chance to collaborate with a high-performing team and build strong relationships in a dynamic, supportive environment. You must reside within driving distance of the office to be considered as there is a once-a-month onsite team meeting.
