Responsibilities: As a Professional Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to uncover, identify, and create relationships with accounting and finance professionals who are at the top of their profession and considering making a move to a better organization. You will also nurture existing relationships by offering solutions and solving problems for diverse hiring needs. Build, maintain, and manage account relationships through constant contact and advocacy Utilize the CRM system to qualify new prospects Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality opportunities Present the value of our client services to prospective and existing clients Recruit, interview, and coach potential candidates Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university, preferably in the Accounting or Finance field 0-2+ year(s) of professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a public accounting or professional recruiting firm.
