Sr. Technical Designer - Women's Apparel

The Role: We're looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Designer with deep expertise in women's apparel who has spent their career perfecting fit on Lifecycle Management (PLM) system for designated product categories. * garment fit, construction, grading, and trim using tech packs, flat patterns, digital patterns for factories to create samples. * Inspect samples to ensure they meet company quality standards. * Review graded nest patterns and issue grading guidelines to vendors post-fit approval to maintain consistent fit and quality. * Partner with Quality Control to creatively solve quality control issues

Bachelor’s Degree * Knowledge of garment construction, grading, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication and trim; Experience working with overseas factories
