Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager
The Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily non-clinical operations of the retail pharmacy location. This role works in conjunction with the Pharmacists to ensure that the Pharmacy is operating efficiently, in compliance with laws/regulations, as well as serving the needs of our customers. This includes supervising pharmacy technicians, managing workflow, ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining inventory, supporting training initiatives, and upholding a high standard of customer service. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture aligned with the company's core values: Customer Service, Teamwork, Dedication, and Respect.

- Schedule Staff And Regular Staff Meetings
Hours For This Position: Mon. - Fri. 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Store Hours: M-F 9:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. And Sat. 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
