A respected and growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations at one of its successful full-service restaurant locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop back-of-house team members
• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Control food, labor, and inventory costs
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Recruit, train, and retain kitchen talent
• Partner with restaurant leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Drive operational excellence and accountability throughout the kitchen

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of food cost and labor management
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Passion for food quality and hospitality
