Prime Finance - ETF/General Collateral SBL Trader - Vice President

You will support the daily coverage of the ETF stock borrow and loan activity while driving broader General Collateral (GC) financing strategy and balance sheet optimization. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are passionate about securities lending and financing economics, this role is built for you.Job ResponsibilitiesETF Stock Borrow/Loan Activity (SBL):Support the daily coverage of the ETF book, managing stock borrow and loan activity including inventory management, recalls, buyins, settlement issues, availability, and pricingMonitor and identify changes in utilization, short interest, corporate actions, create/redeem flow. General CollateralOptimize GC collateral borrow activity through strategic deployment of firm needs and counterparty management to ensure competitive financing economicsAnalyze stock loan positions and financing activity to identify balance sheet optimization opportunitiesCollaborate closely with Demand, Operations, Risk, and Capital Management teams to optimize the firm's financing resourcesDeliver strong client and counterparty service while maintaining alignment with internal risk and regulatory frameworksRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsStrong understanding of the stock loan market and Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) mechanics, including ETF borrow, create, and redeem dynamicsDemonstrated experience in financing economics and balance sheet optimizationAbility to manage day-to-day trading and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions across financing activityProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, and Capital Management stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client and counterparty relationships effectivelyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsPrior experience at Associate/VP level within equity finance, prime brokerage, or a related securities lending functionFamiliarity with regulatory capital frameworks and their application to financing optimizationExperience working with large data sets to support reporting and strategic decision-makingSeries 7 and Series 63 Licensing Preferred JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
