You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of collateral management and tokenization, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.As a Product Manager (Vice President), you will own the product lifecycle for Digital Collateral and Tokenization capabilities, from strategy through delivery and commercialization. You will operate at the intersection of Markets, Custody, Technology, and AI, translating business opportunities into scalable digital products aligned to firm-wide platform strategy. You will lead execution across tokenized collateral, digital financing, and AI-driven collateral intelligence initiatives, and influence strategic direction.Job responsibilitiesTranslate Trading Services Digital & AI strategy into clear product vision, priorities, and deliverablesLead agile delivery of the strategic roadmap for Digital & AI Collateral products (TCN, CTA, Digital Financing, Collateral Intelligence)Define product value propositions, target clients, and competitive positioningOversee development of tokenized collateral capabilities, including TCN and CTA frameworksEnsure integration across on-chain and off-chain systems, including eligibility, settlement, and reconciliation controlsCollaborate with Markets, Custody, Operations, and Sales teams to drive client engagement and timely deliveryEmbed product governance aligned to Digital & AI Steering frameworks and manage regulatory, operational, and resiliency requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSignificant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Change/Transformation within Financial ServicesDeep understanding of Collateral Management, Securities Finance, or DerivativesProven track record working with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Business)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsLeadership skills with ability to influence and drive outcomes across teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExposure to Digital Assets, Tokenization, or DLT-based platformsFamiliarity with AI/ML-driven tools or data analyticsKnowledge of Custody, Markets, and Payments ecosystem integrationAbility to lead in fast-evolving, innovation-driven environments JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
