WM Platforms consists of ten sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow, Digital Trading & Investing, Generative AI, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, WM Platforms Risk, and the Chief Operating Office.Within the Wealth Management Platforms Organization, Digital Lending Platform Team is responsible for building an industry-leading, highly automated lending platform supporting the next phase of growth of Securities Based Lending, Tailored Lending and Mortgage Businesses.What you’ll do in the role:Work in a fun, fast paced environment designing new and improved technology for our clients and internal staffDesign innovative new products with market leading competitive advantages that revolutionize the way people manage and spend their moneyWork with technology, business, and control partners to define and write requirementsEngage in end user research, and use data analysis to inform requirements writing, and wireframe design of new productsPresent findings and project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholdersLead Agile product management teams, collaborating with design, research, technology, legal and compliance team and driving decision making across cross-functional group is preferred.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, risk, technology and operations to enhance processes and streamline lending product related workflowsDiagnose and resolve any technical issues or system errors that may arise within the lending platformsSkills Required:10+ years of applicable experience across work and higher education7+ years of professional experience in technology product management, or related roles5+ years of experience of building and scaling complex data platformsWorking knowledge of financial lending productsExperience with software business analysisExperience in integrating Agentic AI solutions in lending workflows is a plusBA/BS requiredExcellent communicator with solid written and verbal presentation skills Professional experience in consumer technology, banking, wealth management and /or top tier consulting firmStrong attention to detail in both technical and non-technical capacityFocus on usability and eye for designExcellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organizationIndependent initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker able to define and evaluate alternatives, and translate goals into specific project tasksHighly developed sense of ownership and accountability for workAbility to adapt to change and evolving business needsAbility to measure a given business problem to both quantify the issue and the benefits from the technology solutionWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
