As a Vice President within ASF Product Management, you will lead the delivery, governance, and growth agenda for the ASF product platform across the Western Hemisphere – Americas (WHEM) region. You will set priorities across a portfolio of initiatives, own senior stakeholder engagement, and partner closely with Trading, Client Coverage, Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Tax to drive execution—grounded in data, market insight, and a robust risk and control framework. This role is based in New York.Job responsibilitiesLead day-to-day product management across WHEM, including governance, change delivery, and operating cadence; drive prioritization and escalation as neededOwn monitoring of regulatory and market developments; lead business impact assessments and coordinate cross-functional response plans and timelinesDefine and execute the WHEM product roadmap, including short- and long-term enhancements, expansion opportunities, and capability build aligned to client needs, counterparty dynamics, and competitive/regulatory frameworksOwn internal governance and approval processes for product launches and enhancements; lead preparation of senior forum materials, steer approvals, and ensure end-to-end implementation readinessDrive commercialization strategy by shaping client-facing positioning, product narratives, and internal enablement materials in partnership with Sales and CoverageProvide concise, executive-level updates and decision materials for senior management; manage communications and dependencies across multiple workstreamsLead cross-functional delivery squads across Trading, Sales, Client Coverage, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Tax; ensure clear accountability, milestones, and delivery outcomesEmbed strong risk management and controls into product design and delivery; ensure issues are identified early, documented, and remediated appropriatelyRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills7+ years of relevant experience in product management, securities finance, securities lending, secured funding, or markets-related rolesStrong understanding of securities finance market structure, key participants, and lifecycle (front-to-back) considerationsDemonstrated ability to translate client and market needs into a prioritized roadmap and measurable delivery outcomesStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data, market intelligence, and commercial judgment to drive decisions and trade-offsExecutive communication skills (written and verbal); able to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and levelsStrong execution and delivery discipline (program/project management, prioritization, attention to detail); performs well under deadlines and ambiguityHigh integrity and sound judgment; operates effectively within a risk-controlled, highly regulated environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDirect ASF / agency lending product experience and/or experience leading regulated product governance forumsTech-savvy; comfortable using approved AI tools to improve productivity and quality, and partnering with Technology to define scalable solutions JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
