Vice President, Product Manager - Trust & Security

You’ll grow your leadership while delivering capabilities that strengthen protection and operational efficiency.As a Vice President, Product Manager in Trust & Security, you will shape the product vision and strategy for fraud rule and vendor platforms, translating business needs into clear requirements and scalable delivery plans. You will partner closely with fraud strategy, product, and technology stakeholders to streamline decisioning services, improve controls, and accelerate rule development, testing, and deployment. You will contribute to modernization roadmaps and help ensure solutions are reliable, measurable, and aligned to governance expectations.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and iterate product strategy and vision that delivers clear customer and business valueDefine product requirements for a future-state fraud rules engine with advanced capabilities and AI adaptationLead end-to-end fraud rule lifecycle management from discovery through deployment, aligned to governance and control expectationsConduct discovery and research to uncover needs, validate solutions, and inform product directionTranslate stakeholder goals into prioritized roadmaps, epics, and user stories with measurable outcomesOwn and maintain a product backlog that supports strategic priorities and delivery commitmentsPartner with technology teams to enable efficient development, testing, and release processesTrack and report product success metrics across cost, features, risk posture, and reliabilityCommunicate trade-offs, dependencies, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders and delivery partnersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5 years of experience in product management or a closely related domainAdvanced knowledge of product development lifecycle practices, functional design, and data analyticsDemonstrated ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value managementProficiency with product management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceProven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and technology teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document clear requirements and acceptance criteriaPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience operating in a highly matrixed environment with shifting prioritiesBackground in fraud decisioning, fraud rules, business rules engines, or similar decisioning platformsExperience improving testing, controls, or automation across complex platformsExperience designing product solutions that incorporate AI-enabled capabilities responsibly and effectivelyApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
