Details Night shift schedule, 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week Float Pool position serving multiple units including a 34‑bed PICU, 25‑bed CICU, and 112‑bed NICU Also floats to pediatric acute care units such as surgical, behavioral health, med specialty (GI, neuro, respiratory), heme/onc, step‑down, and cardiac peds When floated to NICU, assignment is limited to feeder/grower patients (low acuity only) Weekend and holiday coverage required Hospital‑based acute care setting Requirements Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC) Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Minimum of 1 year of RN experience Level 1 Trauma experience Experience with trach, high‑flow oxygen, and infusion Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Candidates must provide full date of birth for consideration Responsibilities Monitor and document patient physiological data Administer medications, initiate and regulate IV infusions and blood products Assist physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and hospital procedures Serve as first line for clinical skills across float units Comply with drug screens, background checks, and medical requirements immediately upon offer acceptance Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend to be determined.
