Pay Range: $30/hr to $32/hr

Work Type: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 06 months with possible extension

Job Summary:

The Contract Coordinator II will support R&D Procurement activities by coordinating contract integration, assignment notices, procurement requests, and contract lifecycle data management.

This role will partner closely with R&D Contract Operations, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of contract activities.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting contractual, procurement, clinical research, or legal related activities within a cross functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate assignment notices for R&D Procurement activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage priorities and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate shopping cart and purchase order request activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with mapping and transition of purchase orders from legacy systems.
• Enter and maintain accurate contract information and supporting documentation within the contract lifecycle system.
• Track contract assignments and ensure activities are completed according to applicable country timelines.
• Support contract negotiation activities for clinical study agreements, confidentiality agreements, master agreements, investigator initiated agreements, service agreements, amendments, and other procurement agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and R&D stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, business operations, contract management, or budget management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, tact, and diplomacy skills.
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and goal orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contractual or paralegal experience.
• Experience working with clinical study agreements, confidentiality agreements, master agreements, investigator initiated agreements, or service agreements.
• Experience supporting legal, compliance, regulatory, or procurement activities within clinical research.
• Experience working in a global and cross functional environment.
• Experience with line or matrix management.
