Retail Estimator

Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for retail construction projects. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates. Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to determine the most cost-effective options. Track and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with estimates. Provide detailed reports and presentations on project costs and budgets. Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and construction methods. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.

A successful Retail Estimator should have: strong knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications. Experience collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools. A proactive approach to managing budgets and meeting deadlines.
