The Recruitment Coordinator will serve as integral members of the team, responsible for scheduling interviews and building candidate relationships. You will ensure an outstanding candidate experience and a seamless interview process.Requirements:1+ year of recruiting coordinating or some kind of coordinating experienceExperience managing calendars within Outlook in fast paced work environmentsExperience with high volume schedulingAmazing ability to interact effectively and professionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidatesNice To Haves:Experience working with Greenhouse (their ATS)Experience with Zoom and Office 365Experience and interest in optimizing the coordinating process and increasing efficiency
