Job Summary

A growing food and beverage production environment in San Fernando, CA is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a regulatory professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys leading compliance initiatives, supporting certification processes, and applying complex domestic and international regulations to real-world product and business needs.

The Regulatory Affairs Supervisor will play a key role in helping ensure products, documentation, labels, certifications, and regulatory processes meet applicable requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, quality-focused setting with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and visibility across operations, technical, quality, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise regulatory affairs activities and support day-to-day compliance needs within a food and beverage production environment.
- Review, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements, guidance documents, technical procedures, scientific data, and safety information.
- Support Halal, Kosher, Organic, and other certification processes, including documentation, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Assist with international regulatory reviews and ensure product documentation aligns with applicable global requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory reports, records, technical documentation, and compliance-related communications.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve regulatory questions, meet deadlines, and support accurate product and business decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
