We're confidentially seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join a dynamic operations-focused finance team in Jacksonville, Florida.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys turning data into clear insights, supporting operational decision-making, and partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

What you'll do:

• Create and analyze financial projections, budgets, forecasts, and variance explanations.
• Support month-end close activities, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Partner with operational teams to provide budget guidance and financial insight.
• Maintain and support financial systems, reporting tools, and contract-related financial mechanisms.
• Assist with bid financial modeling, audit requests, and assigned finance projects.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Two plus years of related finance or accounting experience.
• Strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
