As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: Provide timely, practical HR advice across a broad range of issues including performance management, absence, conduct, capability, employee wellbeing, organisational change, and general day-to-day people queries. Deliver expert advice on complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing, performance, and sickness management. Support the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and toolkits to ensure alignment with legislation and industry best practice. Build strong, collaborative working relationships across the business, becoming a trusted point of contact for HR support.
