Pediatric Hospitalist Position – AdventHealth Winter Garden Overview AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking dynamic and energetic pediatric hospitalists with a focus on newborn care in Winter Garden, Florida (west of Orlando). The new AdventHealth Winter Garden facility offers state‑of‑the‑art inpatient services including a Level 4 NICU and a pediatric emergency department. Our pediatric hospitalist team consists of over 80 physicians and APPs providing care across 11 locations. Responsibilities Provide inpatient care for well newborn admissions, daily rounds, and discharges Attend high‑risk deliveries and perform newborn stabilization Coordinate transfers of newborns to higher levels of care as indicated Conduct ED pediatric consults Provide care for pediatric patients within the Observation Unit Work a schedule of restricted (in‑hospital) and unrestricted 24‑hour call from home, approximately 12 shifts per month Qualifications Board Certification or eligibility in the American Board of Pediatrics Benefits & Compensation Highly competitive salary and benefits package Occurrence‑based malpractice coverage Health insurance for physician and family Relocation expenses Generous 403(b) retirement plan CME allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
