Daphne and Mobile, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Part-time Medical Assistant.

Essential Duties:
• Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars
• Measure and record patient vital signs
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
• Clean and prepare exam rooms for patient use
• Answer phone calls and provide customer service to patients

Requirements/Skills:
• Proficiency in using medical equipment for taking vital signs and performing procedures
• Ability to accurately enter patient data and manage medical records
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Current BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire

Physical Requirements:
• Standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
• Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
• Exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medical preparations, and other conditions common to clinical environments may occur.
