In this role, you will engage with diverse legal matters, primarily focusing on design professionals, while representing clients in various legal processes and offering expert legal advice. Your contributions will be essential to our mission of providing exceptional legal services. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to offer strategic counsel to clients. Draft comprehensive legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other essential legal instruments. Advocate for clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement talks. Provide knowledgeable guidance on a wide range of legal issues affecting clients. Stay informed about recent legal developments and industry trends. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to meet client goals. Maintain organized and meticulous case files and documentation. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. At least 2 years of experience in complex litigation. Strong legal research and analytical capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
