Job Summary

A growing real estate and property management organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager-OnSite to oversee the daily operations of a residential community with more than 100 units in Reseda, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on property management professional who enjoys resident relations, team leadership, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and maintaining a well-run community.

The Property Manager-OnSite will play a key role in supporting operational performance, resident satisfaction, lease compliance, and property presentation. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations for a residential community with more than 100 units.
- Manage resident relations, lease compliance, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and issue resolution.
- Lead, support, and coordinate onsite staff to ensure efficient property operations and high service standards.
- Monitor property financial performance, including rent collection, expenses, reporting, and budget-related activities.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance requests, inspections, and property presentation to support a safe and well-maintained community.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms, fair housing guidelines, and applicable property management regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Reseda, CA.
- Work arrangement: Onsite.
