Bilingual Client Relations Specialist

Were hiring a Bilingual Client Relations Specialist to join a growing financial services team. Youll serve as a key resource for clients, helping resolve account questions, coordinate solutions, and ensure every concern receives accurate and timely follow-up.

What Youll Do

• Support clients through incoming phone calls and emails
• Investigate account, administrative, and system-related issues
• Explain processes, next steps, and expected timelines
• Create and manage service tickets through resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex concerns
• Follow up consistently to deliver a reliable client experience

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills strongly preferred
• Customer service, call center, administrative, banking, or financial services experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Confidence navigating multiple systems and priorities
• Professional, dependable, and solutions-focused approach

Work Arrangement: Four days on-site and one day remote

Training: Five days on-site during the initial training period

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
