Blue Jay Dental is recruiting a dental hygienist for an established practice serving the Edina area. You will work with dentists and colleagues who value prevention, clear communication, and a welcoming patient experience.CompensationStarting pay is $60 per hour. Incentive programs offer the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour; that higher amount includes incentives and is not a guaranteed base wage. A sign-on bonus is available, with the amount and terms discussed during the hiring process.ScheduleFull-time scheduling is available. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview. This is an in-person patient-care position in the Edina area.What Your Work Will Include• Deliver preventive hygiene services and periodontal care.• Help patients understand home-care routines and ways to maintain oral health.• Coordinate with dentists and other team members to support each patient's treatment.• Document care accurately and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.Support and BenefitsThe practice offers training, individual mentorship, continuing education support, and opportunities for professional development.
