If your goal is to start a career in commercial construction, this is your chance to build the strongest foundation possible. The exposure you'll gain with us will be second to none.

Eden Executive Search is partnering with a growing commercial general contractor in South Florida to build its next generation of project leaders. This group is shaping the skyline of West Palm Beach and Miami - joining us now would give you experience on high-rise and large-scale commercial projects.

We're starting an early-career program with two ways in:

• Project Engineer (entry-level): for recent graduates ready to start full-time.
• Construction Intern: for current students who want real project experience, with a path to a full-time Project Engineer offer.

This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll sit with a project team, work on live jobs and learn how commercial buildings get delivered from preconstruction through closeout.

What you'll do

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents on active commercial projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals and the document log
• Help track schedules, budgets and change orders
• Attend owner, architect and subcontractor meetings and take minutes
• Walk the job site to track progress, quality and safety
• Help with buyout, scopes of work and subcontractor coordination
• Support punch lists and closeout documents

What we're looking for

• A degree in progress or completed in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related field
• Interns: currently enrolled, junior or senior standing preferred
• Project Engineers: 0–4 years of experience, including internships
• Organized, responsive and comfortable juggling several moving pieces
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Procore, Bluebeam or scheduling software is a plus
• Willing to spend time on active job sites
• Reliable transportation to West Palm Beach area projects

What you'll get

• Mentorship from experienced PMs and Superintendents
• Hands-on experience on commercial projects in South Florida
• A clear path from intern to Project Engineer to Assistant PM and beyond
• Pay: salary will depend on experience; Intern: an agreed upon hourly rate
• Benefits for full-time hires: medical, PTO, 401(k), phone allowance, incentive bonus etc.
