WhatYoullDo

• Support the Lead Guide in creating a calm, beautiful, and engaging Montessori environment for children ages 36

• Build meaningful relationships with children, helping them develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning

• Observe childrens development and contribute to classroom documentation

• Model grace, courtesy, and respectful communication every day

• Collaborateclosely with a supportive team ofsenioreducators

• Take on increasing responsibilities as you grow toward becoming a Lead Guide

• Learn fromhands-on mentorship and professional developmentactivity

This is a hands-on role designed for real growth not just anotherassistantteaching job.
