Compliance Specialist

Description Handle State Compliance Filings for Policies and Endorsements for various states File affidavits & endorsements within time parameters and guidelines set by the state & Jimcor Review producer affidavit for accuracy Follow up for affidavit or corrected affidavit as needed Process signature requests Assist Team Lead as needed Handle additional workflows as directed by supervisor Requirements: Solid organizational skills including time-management, prioritization and attention to detail Customer focused attitude and customer service skills Basic Math Skills Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skill Advanced familiarity with computers including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products Demonstrated initiative to complete assignments Ability to work in a team environment to support overall profitability initiatives Qualification/Requirements: Minimum 1 year of insurance experience Customer focused attitude and customer service skills to resolve inquiries quickly and effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated initiative to complete assignments and obtain results Ability to work in a team environment to support overall profitability initiatives Solid organizational skills including: time-management, prioritization and attention to detail Skills to operate computer equipment, use commercial system applications and vendor software Basic math skills We offer a total compensation package which includes an hourly wage ($17-19/hour) plus a full comprehensive benefits package.
