Technical Skills: Proficiency in histological techniques, including paraffin and cryosectioning.Expertise in IHC, IF, and other histological staining methods.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize tissue preparation protocols.experience with HPLC, ocular tissue, or Skin tissueprefered if you have a 3D printing experience Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret experimental data. Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently. Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for collaborating with researchers and documenting procedures. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented research environment. Compliance: Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.Education:Education: PhD or Master’s degree in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field (bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered).
